Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations, manage customer interactions, and coordinate closely with the sales team. The role involves handling inquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding PVC additives and related products.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate sample dispatches with warehouse/supply chain teams.
- Track sample approvals, customer feedback, and trial results.
- Maintain customer databases, inquiry logs, and sales pipelines in CRM.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, repeat orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Branch teams for order closures.
- Maintain inventory checks and information flow to ensure timely product availability.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Support sales team with documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any relevant field).
- 2–4 years of inside sales or sales coordination experience.
- Experience in PVC / chemical / manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reporting), email drafting, and documentation.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
