About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist – B2B to drive international sales of Apple iPhones and expand our global customer base.

The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B mobility distribution, Apple ecosystem sales, or export-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international B2B customer accounts and drive sales of Apple iPhones.
  • Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into active buyers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, pricing, quotations, and deal closures via phone, email & digital platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global distributors, wholesalers, and enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order-to-delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned regions.
  • Provide insights into market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in global sales activities, online buyer meetings, and trade opportunities.


  • Candidate Profile

  • 2–8 years of experience in B2B inside sales, not more than 10 years,

  • Preferably in Mobility category , (smartphones, tablets, gadgets)
  • Apple product ecosystem
  • Export or international B2B Distribution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple international accounts with professionalism.
  • Good understanding of global mobility market trends and pricing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proactive, energetic, target-driven and customer-focused.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Apple authorized reseller b2b sales / distributor ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to B2B export markets, including Middle East, Hong Kong, Africa, Europe or USA will be given advantage.
  • Strong Excel and digital communication skills.
