We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives / Telesales Executives to join a reputed Business Services company based in Greater Kailash, Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Job Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's services effectively.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female candidates can apply.
  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
