Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Female) - Server Rack & PDU Division

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Gender: Female

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Industry: IT Infrastructure / Data Center Hardware / Power Distribution

About the Company:

We are a multi-brand supplier and distributor of Server Racks, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), UPS Systems, Fiber & Copper Cabling Components based in Nehru Place, New Delhi.

We supply to corporates, IT integrators, data centers, and OEM partners across India.

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors & the field sales team, and following up with customers for orders and payments.

This is an office-based coordination & sales support role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.

2. Prepare quotations / techno-commercial offers for Server Racks, PDUs, and related products.

3. Coordinate with field BDMs, OEM vendors, and logistics team for order updates.

4. Maintain follow-up with clients for quotations, orders, and payment collection.

5. Prepare daily sales reports, enquiry trackers, and client communication records.

6. Share product details, datasheets, and offers with customers.

7. Update pricing and availability from OEMs like Vertiv, Eaton, Netrack, Valrack etc.

8. Support management in email campaigns and marketing communication.

9. Maintain client database in Excel / CRM tools.

10. Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and channel partners.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication & email writing skills (English + Hindi).

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and quotation formats.

- Knowledge of IT Infra products like racks, PDUs, UPS, cabling preferred.

- Smart, organized, and confident in handling corporate clients.

- Positive attitude & team coordination skills.

Qualification:

- Graduate (Any Stream) - B.Com / BBA / BA preferred.

- Diploma in IT / Electronics (optional but preferred).

Experience:

- 2-3 years in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Customer Support in IT, Electrical, or Networking industry.

Salary Range:

- Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 28,000 per month (based on experience & communication skills)

- Incentives based on sales performance
