Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.), referrals, and industry events.

  3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet company revenue targets.
  4. Qualify leads and convert them into long-term clients.

  5. Market Research & Strategy

  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

  7. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the firms short- and long-term objectives.
  8. Identify new markets and industries for expansion (e.g., EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech).

  9. Client Relationship Management

  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  11. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project onboarding lifecycle.
  12. Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

  13. Proposal Development & Negotiation

  14. Collaborate with technical teams to draft customized proposals, project plans, and quotations.

  15. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
  16. Ensure timely submission of RFPs, RFQs, and other business documents.

  17. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  18. Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to align client expectations with deliverables.

  19. Assist in project scoping, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.

  20. Digital Presence & Marketing Support

  21. Support the marketing team with content ideas, case studies, and client testimonials to improve outreach.

  22. Leverage online platforms and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  23. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  24. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with leadership.

  25. Track sales KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue) and suggest improvements.
  26. Maintain CRM tools for accurate tracking of client interactions and sales activity.

  27. Partnerships & Alliances

  28. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other firms, vendors, or platforms to generate collaborative opportunities.

  29. Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences.
