About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our IT team in Bhopal. The role involves driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and establishing strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
