Key Responsibilities:

-Project Sales & Business Development


• Identify and generate leads from large-scale construction and infrastructure projects (residential, commercial, institutional, industrial).


• Engage with architects, builders, project consultants, and civil engineers to promote Zydex's waterproofing and Paints solutions.


• Conduct technical presentations and site demonstrations to project stakeholders.


• Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the assigned territory and build a strong pipeline.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

-Client & Stakeholder Engagement


• Conduct regular site visits for requirement assessment, application checks, and technical support.


• Coordinate with Zydex's technical and application support teams for on-site assistance.


• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up for approvals, and close sales deals.


• Ensure after-sales support, site supervision, and satisfaction of all project clients.

-Market Intelligence & Reporting


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project developments.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead funnel, project status, and client interactions.


• Submit weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager as per the company's reporting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–8 years of experience in Paints, Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials

  • Strong customer focus and innovative thinking

  • Excellent communication & analytical skills

  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the region

  • Proficiency in English and local language

  • Skilled in MS Office
