Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in marketing & sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing relationships with potential clients, and managing strategic partnerships. The position requires occasional travel as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and market presence.
* Develop and implement effective business strategies and sales plans to meet revenue targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
* Lead and manage sales campaigns, ensuring proper execution and tracking of KPIs.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
* Provide leadership to a cross-functional team to meet business development goals.
* Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
* Travel to meet clients and partners as required.
Requirements
* 6-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a management role.
* Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred)
