Role Summary

As a
Lead Generation Specialist
, you will play a vital role in building SPIREDGE's sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects in
North and East India
. You will be responsible for researching target industries, engaging potential customers, and creating opportunities for the sales team to drive revenue growth. This is a front-end role focused on
prospecting and lead qualification
, not deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across manufacturing and product development industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases.
  • Maintain and update a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the business development team to schedule meetings, demos, and workshops.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Support marketing campaigns with targeted outreach and follow-ups.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing—preferably in engineering/software solutions.
  • Familiarity with ANSYS or other engineering simulation tools (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage engineers and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
  • Willingness to travel locally for events or initial prospecting, if required.
