About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute online campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media, and lead funnels, with a proven track record in real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversions.
- Implement SEO strategies (on-page/off-page) to increase organic reach.
- Manage social media presence and content to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine campaigns.
- Build and maintain databases for email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with real estate regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation, preferably in real estate.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPL, CPC, CPM, and ROI tracking.
- Excellent skills in copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
