About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation (Sales Navigator) & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads, executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, and managing CRM workflows to support sales growth for our US based client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach
- Execute targeted LinkedIn prospecting, connection building, and messaging campaigns
- Conduct profile searches, identify decision-makers, and engage prospects professionally
- Manage InMail campaigns and track performance metrics
- Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B databases
- Follow-up and nurture leads to support sales pipeline growth
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on demand generation
- Manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Create engaging content for outreach, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
- Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions
Zoho CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate lead and pipeline data
- Automate workflows, scoring, and lead nurturing in Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to streamline CRM usage and reporting
- Generate dashboards and weekly performance reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation & digital marketing
- Hands-on expertise in
Zoho CRM
(automation, campaign setup, workflows) - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & B2B lead tools
- Strong communication and business writing skills (English proficiency required)
- Knowledge of email marketing, retargeting & CRM-based funnels
- Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot (plus), Google Workspace, etc.
