Lead Generator – Elevators & Escalators (OEM)

Role Objective
Identify and connect with high-potential elevator and escalator projects at an early stage. Drive top-of-funnel sales activity through structured research, compliant outreach, and handovers to the field sales team for conversion.
Responsibilities
Lead Research & Qualification
- Build and maintain lists of potential projects in real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, retail, metro/airports, and public works.
- Track project lifecycle stages — from concept and tender to execution.
- Identify and verify key decision-makers, consultants, and influencers.
- Assess project fit based on specs: number of stops, speed, load, traffic patterns, timeline, budget band, and service expectations.
Outreach & Meeting Setup
- Execute structured email, phone, and LinkedIn cadences (WhatsApp only where legally allowed).
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls, site meetings, or demos with Sales.
- Ensure smooth handover with notes on project scope, stakeholders, risks, and next steps.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records of outreach, lead stages, documents (BOQs/drawings), and meeting notes in the CRM.
- Submit weekly reports on funnel health, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for lead nurturing and support.
- Share on-ground market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing trends, common alternates, and consultant preferences.
- Feed content ideas and FAQs to marketing for demand generation and brand visibility.
Success Metrics
- 250–400 researched and verified leads/month
- 60–100 quality conversations/month
- 15–25 meetings booked with decision-makers/month
- 8–12 sales-qualified leads/month
- ≤15% no-show rate with structured follow-ups
- 100% CRM and documentation compliance
Requirements
- Graduate with 1–4 years' experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Preferred exposure to elevator/escalator industry, MEP, building products, or industrial sales
- Strong research ability using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, project/tender portals, and public sources
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; structured follow-up and reporting discipline
- Added advantage: Understanding of MR/MRL elevators, EN 81/EN 81-70, experience with public tenders, or basic sales automation tools

Compensation
- Fixed + Incentives
- Performance incentives are based on qualified meetings, SQLs accepted by Sales, and pipeline influenced (quality standards apply).
