Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to find potential clients, and reaching out to prospects. The role requires collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into clients and effectively communicating the company's value proposition. The individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base through strategic outreach and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to identify and generate New Leads and execute effective Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging potential clients and building relationships
  • Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in conducting Research to identify market trends and potential clients
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
