Role Summary
Orchestrate all logistics, calendars, vendor relations and reporting for the four L&D
Schoolsensuring smooth execution of every training event and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management
- Maintain master training schedule; coordinate with business stakeholders and Leads to confirm dates, venues (physical/virtual) and participant rosters.
• Vendor & Venue Coordination
- Source, evaluate and manage external trainers, caterers, print-and-ship services and off-site venues; negotiate SLAs and budgets.
• Operational Execution
- Handle training invites, coordinate travel bookings with the travel desk, meeting setups, IT and AV requirements; troubleshoot in-session issues.
• Reporting & Analytics
- Track attendance, completion rates, feedback scores; build weekly/monthly dashboards for the Head and Leads.
• Admin & Documentation
- Maintain version control on curricula, facilitator guides, participant lists, expense reconciliations and vendor contracts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 24 years in training operations, project coordination or program management.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills; comfortable with tight timelines.
• Proficiency with calendaring and Google enterprise solutions (Gmail, Google calendar, G Sheets, PPT & Word), LMS basics are a must.
• Strong vendor-management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budget and present weekly/monthly training dashboards
