Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Documentation Specialist to create, manage and maintain company documents.

The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining document control, including document identification, retrieval, distribution, and archiving.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with exceptional writing and organizational skills, and has a knack for making complex procedures easy to understand. Ultimately, the Documentation Specialist ensures that our internal documentation is accurate, accessible and updated, thus supporting our operations and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documents, manuals and technical documents
  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including system operations and user manuals
  • Manage updates and revisions in documentation
  • Make documents available in print and electronically.
  • Assess and revise documents to uphold consistency in style, tone, and language.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.
  • Create and maintain document archives and retrieval systems.
  • Ensure documents meet editorial and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Experience in MS Office applications, especially in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in Documentation Management - 2 to 5 years
