Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager (Females Only) with 15+ years of experience to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to align business strategies with organizational goals.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyse data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital platforms.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Build trust with clients through effective communication and business understanding.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals.
- Tailor offerings to meet specific client needs and challenges.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure business alignment.
- Provide valuable client feedback to enhance product and service offerings.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business development activities.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline.
- Effectively prioritize and manage time to maximize productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Adapt strategies based on market feedback and evolving business environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
