Senior Developer- Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Developer Business Central. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business requirements, creating customized solutions, performing system integrations, providing support and training to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of the platform.

IMPORTANT: This position is specifically for a developer role, not a functional consultant role.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST (aligning with US hours till 4:30 PM EST) Remote

Experience Level: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central solutions based on business requirements.
  • Write, debug, and maintain high-quality AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE code.
  • Utilize Visual Studio Code, C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies for development and integration.
  • Integrate Business Central with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central development. (Mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, Visual Studio Code, C#, .NET, and other development tools. (Mandatory)
  • Experience integrating Business Central with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware. (Mandatory)
  • Strong Analytical Skills for system analysis and problem-solving
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology or business consulting industry is a plus
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Certifications are a plus.
