  • Opening and closing the restaurant

  • Monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control experience
  • Supporting promotional events, marketing initiatives, and menu development
  • Essential Skills and Requirements
  • Prior supervisory or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant management and payroll software
  • Good arithmetic, reporting, and budgeting abilities
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

  • Conduct shift meetings and review daily priorities
  • Allocate tables and monitor service quality
  • Respond to guest feedback and adapt service as needed
  • Evaluate staff performance and enforce company policies
