Masque Fine Dining Restaurant, renowned for its exquisite culinary experiences and luxurious ambiance, is seeking a talented and professional Restaurant Hostess to join our team. As a Restaurant Hostess at Masque, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless dining experience for our patrons while upholding the high standards of our fine dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and Welcome Guests: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservation inquiries, manage reservations, and maintain an organized seating plan to optimize table turnover.
- Seating Arrangements: Escort guests to their designated tables, considering special requests and preferences.
- Communication: Liaise with the restaurant staff, including servers and management, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication throughout the dining experience.
- Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to guests with menu information, special requests, and any other queries to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing to reflect the high standards of Masque.
- Upselling and Promotion: Promote special offerings, promotions, and events to guests, contributing to revenue generation.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues to the management when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as a hostess in a high-end, fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
