**ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. **Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm friendly manner.

**2. **Assist gust table reservations.

**3. **Assist guest while sitting.

**4. **Ensure guest is serviced within specific time.

**5. **Has a good knowledge of menu and presentations standards.

**6. **Speak with guest and staff using clear and professional language and answer phone call using.

**7. ** Able to answerany questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections. Serve food course and beverage to guest.

**8. ** Set tables according to type of events and service standards.

**9. ** Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and products ability.

**10. ** Check with guest to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages

**11. **Review order.

**12. ** Ensuring accurate and timely presentations for order requirements accordingly.

**13. **Ensure that the restaurants is always kept clean and organized both at the front as well as back house aria.

**14. **Complete closing duties, including restacking items equipment’s and supplies.

**15. **Ensure guest received accounts final bill.

**16. **Conduct every 15th day inventory check on all operating equipment’s and supplies.

**17. **Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff.

**18. **Closing is on time efficiently done every day.

**19. **Cleaning schedule to be supervised & to be made sure it in completed every day.

**20. **Assigning duties to service staff.

**21. **Make sure guest is satisfied with service & taste.

**22. **Handle group parties or events.

**23. **Leading team efficiently.

**24. **Providing FNB Tools Stewarts.

**25. ** Responsible for operating p & b outlet assigned to him / her

**26. **Organizing duty roaster of service staff.

**27. **Cost control inventory, trading maintain SOP for qualities.

**28. ** Should be able to introduce innovative ideas for generating target sales guests interaction to them.

**29. **Addressing guest requirements and reaching to them.

**30. **Daily reporting time before 30 minutes of real duty time.

**31. ** Fully responsible for reservations.

**32. ** Have to give the briefing 2 minutes before 15 minutes opening hours.

**33. **Making the shifting & duty roaster for assist waiter/waiters.

**34. **Look after waiting guest allocate them to the table as per sr.no.

**35. **To see no leakages are happening in the restaurants.

**36. **All bills are settled.

**37. **To see all detailed procedure are being followed by the Stewart,cashier,pantry boy &cash drawer all maintain every day

**38. **Have to check daily grooming of the staff personal hygiene uniform..

**39. **Should report to restaurant manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
