**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Restaurant Captain** to join our team at our Vikhroli, Mumbai location. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests, and leading the service team with professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff.
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service.
- Take orders, suggest menu items, and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints effectively and courteously.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor inventory and assist in managing stock levels for the restaurant.
- Train and mentor junior service staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.
- Good knowledge of food and beverages.
- High attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus.
