**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented **Assistant Restaurant Manager** to join our Food & Beverage team at Peninsula Redpine Hotel. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain high standards of quality, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.


**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

* Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to hotel service standards.

* Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

* Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per hotel and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for seamless operations.

* Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage stock levels effectively.

* Support in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and attendance management.

* Assist in implementing promotional activities, special events, and upselling strategies.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

* Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service and leadership.


**Requirements:**

* Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and restaurant management software.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
