We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of proven leadership experience in the F&B industry, with a strong background in team management, customer service, and operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor quality of food, service, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Maintain inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Monitor cost control, minimize wastage, and maximize profitability.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and health regulations.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹49,956.96 per month
