Responsibilities

  • Deal Making:
    Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Innovation:
    Stay ahead with emerging sales technologies and industry best practices to refine sales processes and techniques.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts with company strategy.
  • Performance Focus:
    Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement effective strategies to achieve higher sales conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    4+ years in sales management
    with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of sales techniques, client management, and closing strategies.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing sales teams.
