Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing client relationships, and generating business opportunities. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, mentoring team members, preparing sales reports, and identifying new markets or trends. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management experience to guide and motivate sales professionals
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and reports for actionable insights
  • Knowledge of the laminates or building materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
