Key Responsibilities1. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate interior segments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project proposals.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.

3. Sales Operations

  • Prepare quotations, bids, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide training and guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and industry trends.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure client expectations are communicated clearly across departments.

6. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
