Job Title: Sales Manager Company: Leading Private Laboratory for Transformer Oil Testing Location: India Experience: 3+ years Travel: 20-25 days per month
We are hiring a Sales Manager to join one of India's leading private laboratories specializing in transformer oil testing. As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.  
Key Responsibilities:   Identify potential customers and generate leads for business    Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.  Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.  Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.  Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period 
Qualifications and Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.   Sales Experience with min 5 years   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.   Self-motivated and goal-oriented.   Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
