Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling cloud and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, data center infrastructure, and IT services. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner in the cloud and infrastructure domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape offerings.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and
relationship building.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.
3. Product and Solution Expertise:
Articulate the value proposition of cloud and infrastructure solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that address specific customer needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, data centers, and related technologies.
Pitch for cybersecurity services solutions by educating the customers about emerging threats and suggest solutions like XDR, EDR, SOC, NOC. Candidates with prior knowledge in sentinelone, ninjaone, secureworks, mimecast, perception point, VAPT is preferred.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking
opportunities.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
Use CRM tools to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and forecast revenues accurately.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications:
1. Having relevant 3-4 years IT sales experience along with minimum 1 or 2 years having work experience in cybersecurity. Bachelors degree in business, information technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or related domains.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IT infrastructure solutions and cybersecurity products.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
6. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
7. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and pipeline management.
