Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Location: Mumbai (In-Office) Experience: 3–7 years
About the Role
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will drive Idobro's growth and sustainability by developing strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and ecosystem stakeholders. This includes identifying new opportunities, writing proposals, developing collaterals, and managing the end-to-end business development pipeline to strengthen Idobro's financial and non-financial resource base.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development (40%) – Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with corporates, institutions, and ecosystem players.
- Proposal Development & Fundraising (30%) – Lead proposal writing, budgeting, and documentation aligned with partner and program needs.
- Pipeline Management (20%) – Conduct RFP/RFI scanning, track leads, and coordinate submissions across teams.
- Collaterals & Documentation (10%) – Develop customized decks, concept notes, and partnership materials for meetings and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development within the social impact or consulting sector.
- Proven success in raising at least ₹50 lakh – ₹1 crore annually.
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CSR ecosystem and corporate engagement processes.
