- Experience with bidding on portals like Tw ago, Upwork. Lead gen Sales Navigator, CrunchBase etc.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and seeing the project success to the end.
- Coordinating with the technical team to provide the client with the required software solution.
- Dealt with clients from the Middle East, US, UK, Europe, Asia, etc.
- Acquiring and maintaining clients from the Middle East, Europe & USA region.
- Maintain good communication channels with C-level officials. Involved in B2B Sales, B2C Must Direct Sales, and Channel Sales.
- Objection handling and Customer relationship building.
- Handling B2B clients, upsell, and/or cross-sell services.
- Maintaining the client accounts and retain the client for a long time.
- Enhance customer experience working with the organization.
- Requirement gathering and analyzing the data collected from clients end.
- Resolving the issues client-facing with ongoing projects.
- Delivering reports on time and measuring the quality of work done.
- Delivering the project to the client & collect feedbacks.
- Focusing on adding value to the client organization by pitching the right solutions.
- Act as a bridge between client, Onsite & offshore team.
