Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, secure, and cultivate business relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. The Senior Business Development Executive will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Sales Operations to develop strategies that drive new business growth and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business deals.
  • You'll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location – although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing, SEO, PPC, and content teams to develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.

Requirements

  • Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a

Business Development Executive

, Sales Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing, advertising &  media  industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to achieve sales targets by bringing in a specified number of new clients within the timeline is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
