Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with hospitals, senior care professionals, and families.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute outreach events and awareness campaigns.
- Track and report sales performance, lead conversions, and business growth metrics to management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or Sales with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven background in business development, client acquisition, or healthcare partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities using CRM or lead management tools.
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-oriented industries preferred.
