Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, sales presentations, negotiations, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Experience in the IT and digital solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
