Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Pune. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include market research, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Experience with Sales and Marketing collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT or ITES industry is a plus
