Our reputed Client is hiring for Senior Manager- TA
Shift: General (9 hours)
Work Mode: WFO (5.5 days) Any 2 Saturday working
Notice Period: 0-60 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 60 days).
NOTE: Should have experience in team handling but currently would be working as IC and later can handle team. Should have done leadership hiring. Experience in IT roles.
Role & responsibilities:
- Direct all recruitment efforts and processes intended to implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment processes
- Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
- Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase company's brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipeline
- Conduct HR round and offer negotiations with candidates
- Plan employee referral programs
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and devise strategies to overcome them
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Serve as a partner to hiring managers, educating and coaching through recruitment strategy and best practices in hiring
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners such as our recruitment vendors, employment agencies and job boards, etc.
Skills Required:
- Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- 10+ years overall with a minimum of 8 years experience in HR managerial position in services or BFSI industry.
- Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking, systems, payroll systems, etc.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
