About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.

Support HR operations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (corporate or consultancy).

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Good understanding of hiring processes and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
