Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter Bulk Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume hiring and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring drives across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (non-tech / frontline / support / BPO roles).
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule and coordinate large-scale interview drives, job fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring demands.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening tools (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in conducting walk-ins, job fairs, or field recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in industries like BPO, logistics, healthcare, or staffing firms.
  • Knowledge of local hiring markets and sourcing strategies
