Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, implementing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring candidates align with organizational goals. The role also involves managing job advertisements, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting onboarding processes to help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including sourcing and screening potential candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintaining candidate databases
  • Administrative and project management skills to manage schedules, handle documentation, and coordinate hiring processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and address dynamic staffing needs
  • General knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus
  • Experience in the education or consultancy sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
