9AV Productions is a creative production house specialised in short form videos. We undertake social media videos such as UGC Ads. Shark Tank clients like Perfora, What's up wellness, Gladful, Conscious Chemist, Urban Platter, BECO etc have worked with us for their content requirements.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development / Lead Generation Associate (Part-Time) who can identify potential clients, reach out to them, and set up meetings for our team. This role is fully remote and open to candidates across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads in relevant industries.
  • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers for the senior team.
  • Maintain a database/CRM of leads and track outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the core team to refine messaging and targeting.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Confidence in approaching and engaging with new people.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and complete the targets.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation is a plus.
