We're looking for our dedicated Lead Generation & Growth Manager, someone who thrives at the intersection of Performance Marketing and Content Distribution. This is a hands-on role where you'll own all inbound lead generation activities for ApsteQ.
Role Overview
This hybrid position combines the analytical skills of a Performance Marketer with the creative touch of a Content Strategist.
You'll plan, execute, and scale campaigns that bring consistent qualified leads while building our brand visibility across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Key Outcomes
- Generate qualified leads across paid and organic channels.
- Maintain ROAS-positive ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Ensure consistent brand visibility through YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, and IG Reels.
Core Responsibilities
- Run & Optimize Ads: Manage and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Content Distribution: Repurpose long-form content (YouTube, podcasts) into Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
- Creative Development: Write ad copy, hooks, and captions designed to convert.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, booked calls) and suggest improvements.
- Funnel Management: Optimize lead capture systems and landing pages for conversion.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with video editors, designers, and the CEO for campaigns.
- Tools & Automation: Use Ads Managers, Schedulers, Canva, CapCut, GA4, and TagManager to manage and automate marketing workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing + content marketing roles.
- Proven track record of generating leads for agencies or SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL).
- Experience creating and repurposing content for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data and making fast, iterative decisions.
- Growth mindset, thrives in a performance-driven, startup-style environment.
