Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels.
Manage and nurture the lead funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking.
Conduct engaging product demos for potential clients.
Collaborate with the internal product and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Maintain CRM updates and provide feedback on prospect interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles in SaaS, AI, or HRTech.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in LinkedIn and email-based lead generation.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to handle objections effectively.
Bonus: Exposure to HR or AI domains, familiarity with recruitment or employee engagement tools.
