About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator with a strong background in staffing, recruiting, contractual hiring, and payroll vendor management.
The role requires identifying and securing new business opportunities from startups, SMEs, and enterprises across India, UAE, UK, US, Singapore, and other international markets.
This is a purely performance-driven role with no company-paid platform subscriptions — you must generate leads through your own network, research, and outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate new business leads in:
- Permanent staffing & recruiting services
- Contractual/temporary hiring
- Payroll outsourcing/vendor management
- Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
- Secure vacant job positions from client organizations (HR heads, Founders, Hiring Managers).
- Independently use networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, and email campaigns to build a client pipeline.
- Target and onboard corporates, startups, IT/Non-IT companies, and international firms requiring staffing solutions.
- Build strong B2B relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
- Track, report, and maintain lead pipelines and client engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Proven experience in lead generation for staffing, recruiting, contractual hiring, or payroll vendors.
- Ability to independently generate leads without company-provided platforms or subscriptions.
- Strong understanding of staffing industry sales cycles (permanent, contractual, and payroll management).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills (English fluency mandatory).
- Experience in dealing with CXOs, HR Heads, and senior hiring decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy: must have own laptop/PC and reliable internet.
- MBA in Marketing/HR preferred but not mandatory.
