Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Executive located in Dehradun. The Home Loan Executive will be responsible for assisting clients with home loan applications, assessing financial documents, and offering professional advice on loan options. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, processing loan applications, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ability to provide personalized support and maintain strong client relationships is crucial for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of home loan products, processes, and financial documentation
  • Experience in assessing creditworthiness and understanding loan applications
  • Customer service skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency with financial software and loan processing systems
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the financial sector or real estate is advantageous
