Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior, construction, home décor, or related industries. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong field sales experience, and confidence in cold calling and lead generation.

A good understanding of 2D & 3D design concepts and basic technical knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Meet clients, contractors, and builders to promote products and services.
  • Conduct field visits for client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to discuss 2D/3D layout requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and construction professionals.
  • Support marketing activities, promotional events, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer data.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preference for interior or construction industry experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in field sales and cold calling.
  • Good understanding of 2D & 3D designs (conceptual knowledge).
  • Basic technical knowledge related to interior and construction materials.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
