Call Center Executives – Auto Parts (USA Process | English & Spanish | Work From Home – Dehradun Candidates Only)

Location:Remote (Work From Home)

Only candidates currently based in Dehradun will be considered.

Shift Timing:

Night Shift (US Process) – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Call Center Executives for our USA-based Auto Parts Process (Engines & Transmissions).

We currently have openings for:

  • 3 English-speaking agents (for US customers)
  • 1 Spanish-speaking agent (for Spanish customers)

The role involves handling international calls and WhatsApp chats, sending quotations, negotiating prices, and closing sales.

This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity, open only to Dehradun-based candidates with prior international calling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls (English/Spanish as applicable).
  • Send quotations and follow up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for delivery and tracking updates.
  • Work toward achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO / Auto Parts Sales (Engines or Transmissions) is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Spanish fluency preferred for one position).
  • Laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and noise-free headset required.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Freshers will not be entertained.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & language skills)
