Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Executive located in Dehradun. The Home Loan Executive will handle customer inquiries related to home loan products and guide clients through the entire loan application process. The role involves assessing client financial profiles, providing tailored loan solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with financial institutions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of loan products and real estate market trends, ensuring successful loan disbursements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial consultation, home loan products, and real estate financing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical skills for assessing clients' financial eligibility and creating personalized loan solutions
  • Familiarity with local and national real estate markets, regulations, and trends
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with loan management tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in financial or real estate consultancy roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
