Profile: Customer Service Executive

Location: Remote

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UG/ Graduate/Experience all can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable with the rotational shifts and rotational off.
  • Must have their own laptop (i5 or above processor) and wifi connection as well.
  • Powerbackup and Headset are mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Salary: 18kctc - 20kctc

3000 quarterly bonus
