Profile - Customer Care Executive

Process - Inbound Process

Location - Remote

Salary : Upto 18k CTC + Performance Based Incentives + Quarterly Bonus

Role & responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, billing, account questions, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
  • Candidates should have fluency in English.
  • Candidates do have their own laptop with these basic requirements :
