Position Title: Human Resource Executive

Grade : E 8(b)

Department: Human Capital

Function : Human capital function for community operations

Location: APSL Community, Dehradun

JOB PURPOSE Why does this role exist in the organization

To manage all aspects of the HR function within the organization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across the organization.

  2. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist with job descriptions.

  4. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace concerns.

  5. Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering open communication and employee engagement.

  6. Organize and coordinate internal training sessions.

  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  8. Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and company events.

  9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management related to HR activities.

  10. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors/masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

2-3 Years experience in Human Resource

Functional Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
