Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in recruitment, payroll management, and statutory compliance, preferably within the hospital or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining compliance with all labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Handle onboarding formalities, induction programs, and employee documentation.
Payroll Management:
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
Manage reimbursements, deductions, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Compliance & Statutory Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare-specific HR regulations.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
Liaise with government bodies and auditors as required.
Employee Relations & Performance:
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR audits.
- Develop HR policies to align with hospital standards and best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
